Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, and undamaged)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at ceallachlightworks@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., framed prints made to your specifications)

  • Sale items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
